Q: Will the Sanctuary still be open if it is raining?

A: If it is a light rain, we will remain open. When severe weather is in our area, we will close for the safety of our animals and guests. The quickest way to stay updated with this information is by following us on Facebook.

Q: How long does it take to drive through?

A: We do have multiple trails, therefore time spent in the drive through portion varies. Additionally, guests can go through as many times as they would like to. The shortest trail takes on average 25 minutes while the longest could take around 40.

Q: What is the best way to feed the animals?

A: For the drive through portion, we recommend tossing the feed out the window.

Q: What is included when purchasing tickets?

A: Admission to the entire park for the whole day as long as you stay on the premises. Feed for the drive through portion and the walk through area can be purchased separately. 

Q: How can I purchase admission tickets?

A: Tickets may be purchased upon arrival at the ticket booth window. Sanctuary Serengeti does not require reservations to be made prior to your visit. 

Q: Does Sanctuary Serengeti offer gift cards?

A: Yes, we do, and they may be purchased from the gift shop. There is no price minimum or maximum that is required for the gift cards, and they do not have an expiration date. This allows the recipient to use the gift card at whatever time is most convenient for them.
