1. Only feed the Sanctuary animals food that is purchased from the ticket booth and gift shop.

    a. The feed that can be purchased from the ticket booth is ONLY for the drive through animals. Feed for the walk through can be purchased in the gift shop and should ONLY be fed to those specific animals.

    b. Each feed is specifically designed for the two groupings of animals (drive through and walk through) and should not be fed any outside food. Outside feed may contain ingredients that will harm and potentially kill species within the Sanctuary.

2. No pets or service animals are permitted in Sanctuary Serengeti.

    a. We love our pets as much as you do yours, but under federal laws we cannot allow any pet or service animal into the Sanctuary.

3. When entering the drive through portion of Sanctuary Serengeti, please remain in your vehicle at all times.

4. Vehicles without a roof are not permitted into the drive through.

    a. All Jeeps must have the doors and tops on the vehicle before entering.

5. Riding in the bed of a truck is not permitted.

    a. For the safety of our guests, all passengers must remain inside the vehicle while going through Sanctuary Serengeti.

6. Please stay on the one-way trails and obey speed limit signs for the entirety of the drive through the Sanctuary.

    a. Grass is an essential part of the animal’s diet, therefore we ask all visitors to stay on the road while driving through.

7. Do not hand feed the animals in the drive through portion.

    a. We recommend tossing the feed into the grass to ensure the safety of every guest.

8. No motorcycles or ATV’s are allowed to drive through Sanctuary Serengeti.
